Kris George founded Next Step Benefits with a passion for education and advocacy. Since entering the insurance industry in 2013, Kris has built a reputation for helping employers and employees navigate the often-confusing world of health insurance and employee benefits.
Her philosophy is straightforward: people can't appreciate or utilize benefits they don't understand. Through personalized support, employee education, and practical guidance, Kris helps employers maximize the return on their benefits investment while helping employees make informed decisions for themselves and their families.
Justin Tomashek
Employee Benefits Consultant
Justin brings several years of employee benefits experience and a long history in the insurance industry. His knowledge, dedication to client service, and commitment to finding solutions help employers navigate the challenges of managing benefits programs while supporting their employees.
Tricia Berke
Customer Service
As Client Service Manager, Patricia brings a diverse professional background and a customer-first mindset to every client interaction.
