ICHRA & QSEHRA Solutions

ICHRA

An Individual Coverage HRA lets you set a defined contribution and let employees buy their own individual coverage with it. You know your cost going in. Employees pick the plan and network that fits their family instead of taking whatever the group plan offers.

It is not the right answer for every employer. It works best when your workforce is spread out geographically, when your group renewal keeps outrunning your budget, or when you have distinct classes of employees with very different needs.

Fixed, predictable employer cost

Employees choose their own plan and carrier

Different contribution amounts by employee class

Full setup, administration, and employee education included

Side by side comparison against staying with a group plan

Great Benefits Don't Have to Follow the Traditional Model.

Not every business is best served by a traditional group health plan. Health Reimbursement Arrangements can give employers another way to contribute toward employees' individual health coverage while creating greater control and predictability around benefits spending.

ICHRA and QSEHRA work differently and are designed for different types of employers. We'll help you understand the options, compare them against traditional group coverage, and determine which strategy—if any—makes sense for your business.

Our goal isn't to sell a specific solution. It's to help you build the right benefits strategy for your business and your employees.
